Orient Men's CFHAA002B Power Reserve Skeleton Black Automatic Watch Reviews
When you look closely at the watch, you will notice the interesting texture on the surface of the large dial. This texture simply brings out the other characteristics of the watch. For instance, the semi-skeleton hole over the 9 o’clock indicator is shown more vibrantly. With this feature, the owner can look into the mechanics of the watch.
The second hand, located above the 6 o’clock position, is the only sub-dial on this watch. Additionally, there is the power reserve indicator, which allows you to view how much power is left in the spring of the watch in the unit of hours. Since the watch is mechanical, it has no batteries. Therefore, the watch will automatically store power as it is being worn.
If you look at the side of the watch, you will notice two things. First, you will notice that the case has a beautiful dome crystal. Second, you will see that the crown (time-setting knob) has shoulders to protect it.
When you look at the back of the watch, you will see that the watch has an exhibition caseback. The owner can view the rotor (semi-circular piece that pivots back-and-forth) and the rest of the mechanics of the watch by looking into the caseback. Another feature to this dial is the luminescent hands. This feature eliminates the inconvenience of not being able to view your watch during the night. Last but not least, the watch’s water-resistant feature prevents water from entering the case for up to 50 meters.
In this collection, the watches either come in a genuine leather band or a stainless steel metal band. The metal bands come in both matte and finished links. This allows for a two-tone design. One of the best attributes about the clasp of this watch is that this clasp is a butterfly deployment, which makes it more seamless than most deployment clasps.
On the leather bands, you will notice the stitching on the edge. The leather band watches comes with a deployment clasp, which prevents the watch from coming off unintentionally.
There are 5 variations to this watch. The first two variations come in metal bands and with classic numerals. The difference between these two watches is the color of the dial: black and white. The next 3 variations come in leather bands. Within the leather bands, 2 models come in black leather and the other model comes in blue leather. The difference between the two black leather band watches are the dial color and stitching: black dial with red stitching or white dial with white stitching. The last model has a blue leather band, white stitching and a blue dial.

About Skagen Named after a fishing hamlet in Denmark on the northern tip of the Jutland peninsula, Skagen Designs was founded by Henrik and Charlotte Jorst in 1991 after the two Copenhagen natives moved to New York City. The company subscribes to the principle that beautifully designed, high-quality objects can be created at reasonable prices. Skagen watches represent the technical excellence, refined design and operational simplicity that have created the unique reputation of Danish design.
The fishing village of Skagen--the Skaw--lies where the northern-most tip of the Danish peninsula known as Jutland bends East and breaks the surging waters of the Kattegat and Skagerak seas. The spectacular natural beauty of the area is compellingly beautiful, and its white sandy beaches have been visited by artists for centuries. Brushed chrome dial with gold colored hour and minute hands as well as numerals at 3, 6, 9 and 12 and indicators at all other hours. Precision Japanese quartz movement.
